Confessions of a Working Mom: Introduction

I love reading "Mommy Blogs," but most of the Blogs I have found are stay at home moms.  Even though I like many of their Blogs, I am interested in connecting with other working moms (outside of the home).  I would like to know how other working moms face the challenges of balancing work and family life.  Please let me know if you know of a working mom Blog that you think I would enjoy; it would be much appreciated!
